Temple of the Sun, a sandstone monolith in Capitol Reef National Park in Utah.
I’ll debut these two 18x24 giclée prints at the Alumapalooza Airstream rally next week.
They’re the first in a planned series celebrating all the places you can explore by travel trailer, though the art won’t always center around the trailers themselves.
More digital painting than the classic WPA style, I still restricted myself to as few colors as possible (maybe a dozen or so, though I haven’t counted) and I chose not to blend any colors, as the majority of vintage silk screened posters weren’t.
